Short Description
Your tasks
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Reporting & analysis: Preparation of meaningful reports for management and investors, including plausibility checks of key figures
- Further development of accounting structures and processes in SAP Business by Design
- Interface with selected stakeholders: contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and banks; close cooperation with controlling and other departments
- Compliance & internal controls: ensuring compliance with legal requirements and reporting standards of international investors
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience as an accountant or senior/group accountant in a medium-sized group or fast-growing company in an international environment
- In-depth knowledge of HGB and IFRS
- Experience in working with ERP systems and consolidation tools (SAP is a plus)
- Proactive, hands-on approach to work and enthusiasm for dynamic structures.
- Experience in plant engineering, the chemical or energy industry is a plus
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
